The plan involves the new design of the existing changing rooms of the original sports centre pools and the construction of two new pools, replacing all the old filtering system mechanisms. In addition, the plan includes four new annexed changing rooms, for joint use with the pre-existing 7 aside football pitches adjacent to the pools.
