A building next to the existing Municipal Sports Centre is planned in order to connect the tracks to the changing rooms of the sports centre on the ground floor plus a multipurpose hall on the first floor. It also resolves the problem of the difference in levels of the site by locating grandstands and an entrance hall for the general public. The illuminated patios provide ventilation and also serve to separate the different changing rooms and halls.
