The building is adjacent to the municipal swimming pool. In order to centralize access to the two installations, the existing pools and the new pavilion, the pelota court (frontón) and the culture centre, a single control point is proposed, creating a spacious entrance hall with the elevator and staircases to connect the two levels. The area of the classrooms and the culture centre are on the street front while the pelota court changing rooms are located on a pronounced slope. The pavilion also has additional space, which can be used as a stage.
