The building, with its modular character and planned to be done in two phases, defends our opinion, that children need more than anything else clear spaces, bathed in natural light and a structural system easy understandable for them, seeking them space and liberty to explore their own creativity. Therefore, we kept the building simple and understandable.
The concept is based onto the necessity to join in a logic way the two phases of the building, meanwhile the independence of each is guaranteed, as well as the simultaneous use of the New Kindergarten during the construction period of the Haurreskola, considering the high importance of access as well as the security of the children.
