The sports-centre "El Juncal" is situated in an established area of Torrejón, provided with a velodrome with its pelousse and exterior spaces used for different sport tracks. The proposed solution is to cover the sport area and its stands, by creating a building complex to house the necessary series of changing rooms and class rooms in order to function as a proper pavilion and finally to condition the race-track.
