The preliminary project proposes a Master Plan for Elche de la Sierra involving expansion for the sports areas which currently comprise a football field and outdoor pools. The additions include an athletics track, sports pavilion, handball court and outdoor running tracks. This development will take place in phases in response to the needs of the expanding village.
